What it looks like
A page from a Tune-Up
From an illustrative 34-person service firm. Your numbers will be your own.
Five numbers · trailing 12 months
Sample, illustrative figuresTop 5 actions, excerpt
- Reprice the four clients under 20% margin. About $96,000 a year if three accept a 12% increase.
- Hold the two open hires until utilization reaches 75%. Avoids about $180,000 in annual cost ahead of revenue.
- Move invoicing from monthly to milestone billing. Shortens the cash gap by about 12 days.
3×
The guarantee
If the Tune-Up doesn't identify profit or cash opportunities worth at least three times its fee, you get your money back. And if you start a monthly plan within 30 days, the full fee comes off your first month.
Scope: one company, the files above, books current within about two months. If your books need catching up first, I'll refer you to a bookkeeping partner and quote that separately. Advisory only; not tax or audit work.
Questions
Before you book
How much of my time does it take?
About two hours total: a 20-minute kickoff, 30 minutes pulling reports, and the one-hour walkthrough.
Is my data safe?
Files go into a private shared folder, analysis is done on tools that don't train on your data, and everything is deleted 90 days after the engagement unless you ask me to keep it.
What if my business isn't a good fit?
I'll tell you on the kickoff call, before you pay. If you need a bookkeeper, a CPA or a turnaround attorney instead, I'll point you to one.
Why is it only $995?
It's the founding price for my first 5 clients, in exchange for honest feedback and a testimonial if you're happy. After that it's $1,500.
